Construction Insurance

Insurance contracts for construction risks take into account all customer requirements, as well as its financial capacity.

An individual program may include the following items:

• Insurance of construction works;
• Insurance of erection works;
• Insurance of construction equipment;
• Insurance of equipment at the construction site;
• Extended maintenance period;
• Liability insurance for third parties during the construction works.

A fundamental element of the insurance policy of construction risks is a direct insurance of contruction or erection works. The coverage amount in this case is set at full (estimated) construction cost. Amount of damages depends on the degree of completion of the facility minus the cost of usable residues.
